HAve questions? We have the answers

I missed the RSVP deadline. What should I do?
You can RSVP directly to Jbrymn@kent.edu if you‘ve forgotten to send in or misplaced your physical mail card. All responses are due no later than September 6, 2019.

My babysitter bailed out on me. Can I bring the kids?
To allow all of our guests the chance to let their hair down, this is an adult-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding.

A friend of mine is visiting that week-end. Can I bring them?
Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

What should I wear?
We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Come on people, step it up!
Pittsburgh evenings in October can sometimes be cool. You might want to bring a sweater or a shawl. Flip flops will be provided for your tired dancing feet.

Where do I park?
There is a small parking lot on the side entrance of the church. It fills up fast. Street parking is also available.
There is a parking lot at the Science Center. Please be sure to take a ticket when you enter the lot and then enter the building as normal. There will be a special events assistant in the main lobby who will give you a “chaser” ticket. The Science Center staff will explain the process how to use these tickets for exiting. Please don’t lose your tickets.

Can I bring my camera to the ceremony?
We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials. Phones are okay but please remember to silence them. Please leave your DSLRs at home. We have hired a professional to document the day and cameras can be a distraction and get in the way of our hired photographers.
If you are on social media, our hashtag is #jaygoesgray. We would love for you to share your pictures there.

Any other questions?
The contact person for this affair is Patty Brymn. Please email her with any other questions at japbrim@aol.com.
She will get back to you as soon as possible.

Addresses, times, you name it... we got it. Can't wait to see you there!
